Vegetable Broth

Nature’s super soup made from skins and other parts of vegetables that usually get thrown away but are filled with enzymes and phytochemical! It has strong anti-oxidative effects and minimizes food waste!


This Recipe Serves 6

500 gr Carrots

500 gr Zucchini

400 gr Paprika (red)

50 gr Garlic

400 gr Onion

2000 ml Vege stock

10 gr Salt

2 tbs Vegetable Oil


  • Wash the carrot, zucchini and paprika under the running water. 
  • Cut all the vegetables in dice. 
  • Saute onion and garlic until a bit golden and smells great using vegetable oil in a medium heat. 
  • Put all the vegetables you cut in dice into the pot and mix with the saute onion and garlic and stir them, leave it for a minute. 
  • Put the vege stock and salt, stir a bit and leave it cooked for about 20 minutes in a medium low heat.
  • Serves

    Serve warm in a smaller glass or bowl.
