Vegan Dirty Fries

Delicious jackfruit fries in a vegan way.

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

FOR VEGAN MAYO:

80 gr Jackfruit BBQ

60 gr Spicy Yoghurt

10 gr Jalapeno Pickles

30 gr Black Bean

40 gr Avocado

250 gr Shoestring Fries

 

FOR BURGER:

500 gr Young Jackfruit

10 gr Garlic

15 gr Ginger

10 ml Honey Sauce

20 ml Rice Vinegar

15 ml Soy Sauce

25 ml Brown Sugar

5 gr Black Pepper

5 gr Salt

Direction

FOR BBQ JACKFRUITS:

  • Peel and clean the Jackfruit, then boil for ± 15 minutes.
  • After it’s cooked, shred the Jackfruit into small pieces.
  • Put all the remaining ingredients into the pan along with the shredded jackfruit then mix, stir and cook for ± 10 minutes.

    FOR VEGAN DIRTY FRIES:

  • Fry the shoestring fries.
  • Serves

  • Top the fries with Jackfruit BBQ, black bean, avocado, jalapeno pickles and spicy yogurt.
  • Vegan Dirty Fries ready to serve.
  • Chef's Tip

    Change for normal yogurt instead of spicy in case you prefer.
