Proll Tape (Cassava Cake)

Delicious balinese cassava cake made of fermented cassava.

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

62 gr Margarine

60 gr Sugar

1/8 spoon Vanilla powder

60 gr Wheat Flour

2 eggs

300 gr Fermented Cassava

Direction

  • Mix all the ingredients with the mixer properly until it has smooth consistency.
  • Stir the form with margarine to protect the dough to stick.
  • Bake in the oven for 1 hour at the temperature of 180 celsius for the top and 100 celsius for the button, if you do not have this option set up the temperature at 180 celsius.
  • Serves

    Cut and serve. You can serve also with vanilla or coconut ice cream!

    Make sure you choose a good quality of fermented cassava.
