Probiotic Brown Rice

Japanese super rice. Brown rice cooked in a particular way to be served after 3-7 days of fermentation. Good for detox, reducing blood pressure, anti-aging and making your skin beautiful!


This Recipe Serves 25

160 ml Coconut Water

1 drop Lemon Extract

15 gr Kale and Spinach mix

1 tbs Fresh Spirulina - use expired one in the freezer

1/4 tsp Protein powder

1 tbs Irish Moss

160 ml Coconut milk

120 gr Frozen Banana

80 gr Frozen Mango



  • Wash the brown rice and red bean with running water for about 3 times.
  • Put them all in the pressure cooker and start the cooking process for about 25 minutes on regular heat and add the salt.
  • After 25 minutes, lower the heat to medium and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes more cooking in the medium heat, put the heat in low heat and leave it for another 13 minutes.
  • Once it’s done turn the fire off and leave it cool down (no need to open the lid of the pressure cooker) for another 50 minutes.
  • Move the rice into a rice thermo and leave it there for a maximum of 5 days.
  • Serves

    To keep the rice moist in the thermo, after the 3rd day, you can spray the rice with cooked water twice a day, morning and evening time.

    Chef's Tip

    Best to serve between 3-5 days of being in the rice thermo.
