Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

 

For Beef:

100 gr beef (we use tenderloin beef)

 

Marinated Ingredients:

6 gr shallot

3 gr garlic

2 gr tummeric

2 gr red chili

5 gr candle nut

2 gr dried red chili

2 gr hot chili

5 gr galangal

150 ml coconut oil

 

For sauce:

3 gr fresh shallot

3 gr fresh hot chili

3 gr soy sauce

 

Direction

  • Cut the beef into small cube, 1 -2 cm, separate.
  • Blend all marinated ingredients.
  • Pour the beef into marinated ingredients, and let it sit for 15 min at least.
  • Put the beef info satay stick and grilled
  • Pour all sauce ingredients into 1 bowl
  • Serves

    Serve with rice or rice cake, pour the sauce on top of the beef.

    Chef's Tip

    Best to be served also with Beberuk Salad on the side (You find here on Cocobeli too).
