Favourite vegan burger with delicious coconut taste.

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

FOR VEGAN MAYO:

250 ml Soy milk 

600 ml Salad oil  

2 tbs Apple vinegar

3 tbs Lemon Juice

2 gr Salt

1 gr Pepper

 

FOR BURGER:

1 pcs Charcoal bun

80 gr Eggplant

50 gr Miso glazed

5 gr Sweet pickles

30 gr Spicy ketchup

20 gr Vegan mayo

20 gr Coconut slow

Direction

FOR VEGAN MAYO:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and then mash until they are mixed well.
  •  

    FOR VEGAN BURGER:

  • Cut the charcoal bun into 2 pieces and toast them.
  • Cut the eggplant into 2 pieces, season with miso glazed and grill around 4-5 minutes.
  • Serves

  • Stack the bun with spicy ketchup, grilled eggplant, coconut slaw mixed with vegan mayo and sweet pickles.
  • El Jappo Burger is ready to serve.
  • Chef's Tip

    Play with the spice by adding more or less peppers.
