Delicious cake made out of cheese will take care of your afternoon cravings.
Ingredients
This Recipe Serves 10
350g sugar
1 kg cream cheese, at room temperature
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
5 large eggs
480 ml heavy cream
30g all-purpose flour
Direction
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until golden brown and almost burned on top. This can really vary from oven to oven, so it helps to keep an eye out for cheesecake after 50 minutes. The center will still be quite shaken, but the cake is done. Remove from the oven and cool.
Serves
Before serving, remove the outside of the removable pan and gently pull the parchment paper. Serve at room temperature.

Use a good quality brand of the cheese.
