The food at ONA CANGGU is focused on the freshness of their ingredients. They try to use the ingredients that Bali has to offer and therefore, they adapt it in some classical dishes displayed on their menu. They even have a garden at the end of the restaurant where they plant their own ingredients – this clearly shows the freshness of all meals. What I found amazing is that the chef takes you on a short journey through Italy (zucchini flower, lemon tartar), France (steak tartar) and Spain (spanish octopus) during the food experience – what a delicious ride!
