Perfectly tender, melt in your mouth sirloin steak topped with the most incredible creamy mushroom sauce.


This Recipe Serves 2

2 x 200 gr Strip loin steak (room temperature)

200 gr Mushroom

10 gr Flat parsley finely chopped

150 gr Cooking cream

100 gr White wine 

50 gr Parmesan grated

10 gr Butter

200 gr Olive oil

50 gr Lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper

Olive oil

Lemon vinaigrette



100 gr mix leaf

1 cucumber, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, brown onion, 50gr olive

Picked and washed mix lettuce, slice brown onion, capsicum, tomato, black olive, cucumber toss in lemon vinaigrette


  • Heat the frying pan or barbecue on high.
  • Cook steaks for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked your liking.
  • Then rest it 5 minutes.
  • Heat the pan till hot, melt butter. Stir fry the mushroom, salt, pepper, white wine.
  • Mix in the wine and cook till it's reduced.
  • Pour in cooking cream, parsley & parmesan till creamy.
  • Serves

    Serve on a big plate together with salad on a side and the sauce separately in a small serving bowl.
