Protein Muffins

Healthy protein snack that is perfect for afternoons.


This Recipe Serves 10

150 gr Ripped Banana

Chocolate Protein powder (your choice of whey or plant)

100 gr Blueberries (can be frozen)

2 Eggs 

100 gr Coconut yogurt

150 gr Oat flour 

1/4 tsp Baking powder

1 tbs Cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

Coconut oil spray


  • Mash the banana.
  • Whisk the eggs.
  • Mix the yogurt, the banana with the eggs.
  • Mix the oat flour; the baking powder, the protein powder, the cocoa and the salt.
  • Mix the wet and the dry ingredients together (2+3).
  • Add the blueberries to the mix.
  • Spray a muffin tray with coconut oil.
  • Divide the mixture in 10 evenly (using a measuring cup).
  • Cook in the oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees C.
  • Let cool for 5 to mins before taking out the cup.
  • Serves

    Serve it on a plate and enjoy or put it into a box to go and enjoy later!
