French Toast with Bacon

Where sweet meets salty. Fluffy brioche french toast topped with crispy bacon and drizzled with maple syrup and sweet cream.

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

3 slices Brioche

2 tbs Sugar

1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder

2 Eggs

4 tbs Milk

1 tbs Butter

4 slices Bacon

Sugar powder

Cinnamon powder

Yogurt

Maple syrup

Direction

  • In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, milk, egg and sugar and set aside briefly.
  • Dip bread in egg mixture.
  • Fry slices bread until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  • Put bacon and add some sugar powder, yogurt and cinnamon powder on the plate, and serve with maple syrup.
  • Serves

    On a big plate with topping regarding your wish: chocolate, cinnamon, fruits, maple sirup, honey, mint and do not forget the bacon.

    Chef's Tip

    If you feel like vegetarian, just do not add bacon and spread more fruits on the plate.
