Churros with Chocolate Dip

The origin of this dish is lost in time, but no one knows for sure. Some historians believe that the Portuguese colonies exported it from China making reference to the youtiao, others cite its origin in Arab cuisine, but there are also references in Roman cookbooks dating from the 1st century, about this dough composed basically of flour, salt and water.

180 gr Chocolate dip sauce
40 gr Sugar
4 gr Cinamon powder

240 gr Mineral water
25 gr Egg
1.5 gr Baking powder
2 gr Salt

120 gr Whipping cream
30 gr Black chocolate couverture 72%
30 gr Milk chocolate couverture 33%
