50 gr eggplant

10 gr tomato

5 gr shallot

1 gr chilli

5 ml kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix)

5 ml cooking oil

Chopped the eggplant, tomato, shallot, chili into small pieces.

Pour all ingredients into a bowl

Pour the lime and cooking oil into the bowl

Mix together
