Baramudi Dabu Dabu

Delicious fish served with sweet trio paprika dabu dabu and red rice.

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

150 gr Barramundi fish

3 gr Garnish (kemangi - local basil)

 

FOR DABU-DABU SAMBAL:

15gr Red paprika

15gr Green paprika

15gr Yellow paprika 

15gr Tomato 

10gr Celery stick 

10gr red onion 

5gr lime

5gr lemo

5ml soy

10ml sweet soy 

Direction

  • Heat oil in large pan on high.
  • Stir baramudi fish for 1 minute, then put in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes (slow cooking).
  • Put coconut oil in large pan - high heat.
  • Stir red parika, green paprika, yellow parika, tomato, celery stick, red onion, lime, lemo, soy, sweet soy, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Cook organic brown rice.
  • Serves

    On a plate put the fish and above the vegetable. Next to it add a cup of organic brown rice. Enjoy!

    The quality of the fish is the key. Fish has to be fresh!
