Red Velvet Cocktail

The upgraded version of red velvet cake, this time mix it with alcohol which means even better! Here’s another creamy and delicious cocktail in the house. Mixed of rum, red velvet and Irish cream. Sweet and dangerous!

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

45 ml Rum

150 gr Red Velvet Powder

70 gr Irish cream

Direction

  • Cool your martini bowl with a few ice cubes.
  • Mix Red Velvet powder with 45ml hot water.
  • In the mixing glass, stir until it becomes liquid and pour the milk into a mixing glass.
  • Add rum and ice cubes and shake it for 10 seconds.
  • If you see good foam and the tick - just pour the liquid into a Martini glass.
  • Don't forget to use a straigner to hold the ice cubes.
  • Serves

    Pour in a nicely designed glass, add chocolate powder on the top and enjoy.

    Chef's Tip

    The consistency of the mix of water and red velvet powder should be in balance, not too thin and not too thick.
